Refund policy

In case of our defect

If you receive a defective product, you can return or exchange it.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the item (shipping and handling charges will be borne by us).
The conditions for accepting returns and exchanges are as follows.

• Within 7 days of the arrival of the product. (Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer's warranty or the law for products with problems or defects.)

In case of customer's convenience

Once purchased, no product may be returned because of the purchaser's personal preferences.
Please note that due to the nature of viewing on computers and mobile devices, product images may differ slightly from actual colors.
The color of the image will not be treated as our defect.
